A tofurky roast thawed in the freezer for a day
1 Chopped sweet potato
3 Chopped carrots
10 creamer potatoes
3 spoons of flour
2 cups of vegetable broth
Start by Preheating the oven to about 360°F.
Use some sharp object like a knife or scissors to properly cut one of the end clips and place the thawed tofurky under warn water to loosen and remove the plastic.
Now start preparing the baste in a small container, mix it together with olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup and the minced garlic. Now cook the veggies with a few spoons of the baste. Then arrange the veggies in the baking dish.
Now take your baking dish and put a piece of parchment paper right in the centre and add the tofurky roast and cover it with the leftover baste. Cover the baking dish with an aluminium foil.
Cook for one and a half hour and check after 1 hour. Once you see that the vegetables are tender enough and the tofurky is golden-brown pour the remaining baste and cook, uncovered for another 20 minutes. Cook until
